Our Products
Products described might not be exactly as shown, though we do aim to provide accurate descriptions.

Colours may appear different on some screens.

If you send us a photograph of your finished work, you are giving us permission to share this on our website and across our social media channels.  Please state if you do not want it to be shared on social media. 
Products will be sent once full payment has been received.

Postage, Packaging and Gift Wrapping
Whilst every effort will be made to post your orders quickly, this may not always be possible.  Please allow 2-3 days for postage.  Postage will be via Royal Mail Tracked, unless agreement has been made prior to purchase.   Postage only to UK addresses. Please get in contact for postage elsewhere.

Every effort will be made to ensure your items reach you in perfect condition.  If you have any issues with your order, please get in contact with us.  We will endeavour to help resolve the issue.  
Some packaging may be re-used to help reduce our carbon footprint.  
Please contact us if you need your item sooner.  We will endeavour to help, if we can.  Please note, there will be an additional charge for this.  

Gift wrapping service available on some items.  Price is per item and is currently set at £2.50.  Items will be individually wrapped in tissue paper and brown kraft paper.  A personal message can be added too.

Returns

If a product is faulty, please contact us to arrange a return for a full refund.  Please note, you will be liable for cost of return postage.  Initial postage costs are non-refundable.  Personalised gifts are non-refundable.  Items must be returned to us in a re-saleable condition and in their original packaging.  You should retain proof of postage.  Refunds will not be issued until items have been received.

How we use your information:
We need to store your name, address, email, and phone number for purposes of posting your items and for our personal records.  We will never sell or pass on your personal information to any third party.  Payment information will be kept secure, for our own personal records.
